About Sarah Kroger:
Faith isn’t a destination; it’s a conversation.
For Sarah Kroger, that conversation began in the quiet. Despite being raised in a musical family, her gift was nearly silenced by bullying, anxiety, and a paralyzing shyness. It took an intimate encounter with Jesus at a youth conference to turn her silence into a song, sparking a mission that has now spanned six albums and over a decade of global ministry.
"Worship became my language with God. It allowed me to communicate in a way I hadn’t experienced before... it opened my heart."
Today, the GMA Dove Award-nominated artist is recognized as a bridge-builder. From early releases like Your Time and Bloom to the raw, introspective exploration of A New Reality (2024), Sarah has never been afraid to "pull on the string" of faith, allowing for the unraveling and the mending to happen in public.
Her current season marks a return to the foundations. With her Hymns EP series, so far including Hymns: Advent (2025) and Hymns: Easter (2026), Sarah invites listeners to rest in the "mystery and wonder" of the Church’s most sacred seasons. This depth is mirrored in her work as an author; her books Belovedness: Overcoming Your Inner Critic (Devotional) and My Beloved Child (children’s book) take the message of her most well-known song “Belovedness” and place it into the hands of a new generation of readers.
While she continues to write songs and perform them at concerts across the globe, Sarah Kroger’s focus remains an authentic portrayal of a relationship with God—one where suffering, questions, and silence are not obstacles to faith, but the very building blocks of a stronger, mended tapestry. Her music serves as a safe and prayerful space for the doubter and the dreamer alike.
"My prayer is that this night will be a vehicle for you to discover what these lyrics in the song—and the rich meaning behind them—have to do with you. With your experience. With your belovedness." - Sarah Kroger
